![]() Server Properties" (Upper menu when you click on a printer) When you go into Devices and Printers on the Control Panel, click on a printer (Usually there is at least one left behind). Sean The Energized TechÄive in and use it now, It'll take no time. Sometimes it just has to be a single file the installer sees to decide that the old software or printer is still there. Failing that the other spot to dig into is there may be physical files left behind within the C:\Windows\System32\spool\ folder that were your old files the other option is everything HAS removed properly and the silly install wizard is seeing a folder under Program Files left behind by the last Printer driver from Canon (MF so i'm guessing Multi Function?) Possibly a folder from scanning software from Canon. Removing the printer by default doesn't remove the driver. You need to pull up "Print Server Properties" (Upper menu when you click on a printer) Once you have that on your screen There will be a tab marked "Drivers", the old driver may still be in the list. ![]() ![]()
